|Recommended: YesLadyTKS — I really like my unit. It's very peaceful. I only have 2 complaints. The trash at the front of the apartment is horrible. The apartment needs a better process or schedule a pickup more frequently. The property was moveable but there were some minor things the staff could have done to make the apartment at its best better painter, inspecting the unit, and fixing damages before letting me move in.

|Recommended: NoRent — I get an eviction notice every day my rent is paid up I didn’t owe anything when you guys took over you been trying to renew lease since the lease had a name on there that has been gone for 3years you cannot talk to your property manger I’m 72 years and had never been evicted I have all of my receipts from the date I moved in and since you all taken over I have paid January and February and that’s all

|Recommended: NoNot a good place to live — I can honestly say when I first moved in the place wasn’t that bad. Only problem the first year were the children in the apartments. My second year has been horrible they have 3 different owners, multiple office staff members where all they did is lie to get you out of their office. My car along with several others in my area have been shot up by other residents and nothing has been done about it to this day.Extra outrageous charges added on to your rent. This place has gone down hill in this last year can’t wait until my lease is up.

|Recommended: NoThe property has really been going down they have been changing too much stuff — They really need help with maintenance there is a lot of repair that needs to be done in a building
